Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business and respond to your inquiries.
Listing brokers and partners. Our property at 4555 Oldfield Boulevard is listed exclusively with CBRE. When you submit an inquiry related to that property, we share your contact information and stated requirements with the listing team at CBRE so they can follow up directly. CBRE handles your information in accordance with its own privacy practices.
Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate our business, including website hosting providers, email service providers, analytics providers (Google), and advertising platforms (Google, LinkedIn). These vendors process information only on our instructions and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
